Our BULK BOX contains a FULL 12x12x12 CUBE of fresh tasting Tomato Powder!  Excellent for backpackers, RV'ers, or for your cupboard!  What could be easier than using our Tomato Powder in bulk processed from harvest red tomatoes?  Stir tomato powder into water to make a tomato sauce.  For tomato paste, just add more powder until you get the consistency you desire.  Add a little (or a lot) of tomato powder to your soups, stews, or other dishes to add the smooth texture of creamy tomato sauce to your meal.  Use what you need, and store the rest for later.

STORAGE NOTE:  Tomato powder likes to absorb moisture, so store in a dry place.  You can place a small, mesh bag of white rice in the top of the container once opened to help it maintain its dry form.

PASTE Yield:  1 Cup yields 2 1/2 Cups (by volume) or 16 Ounces (by weight)

SAUCE Yield:  1 Cup yields 6 1/2 Cups (by volume) or 52 Ounces (by weight)
